I’m Donald Rollins, proud owner of South Texas Certified Home Inspections.

This business opportunity presented itself to me back in 2007 when a Realtor friend suggested I look into a different business model. I have always been in the customer service business and really enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals. The home inspection business gives me the opportunity to watch as my clients accomplish their dream of homeownership.

I have been in the home inspection business for approximately eleven years. I previously worked with my spouse as an office manager at her medical billing practice and was the owner of Rollins Moving and Delivery for twelve years.

Over the past couple of years, I noticed that my current business is gratifying as I have established a great clientele with realtors across the Houston Metropolitan area.

I truly enjoy the business in general, getting to see all the properties around town and enjoy watching my clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. The most rewarding part of owning my own business is being able to set my own schedule and not having to rely on others to keep clients happy. I feel it is important to give my clients my utmost attention and provide them with the service they expect and deserve. I always try to exceed their expectations.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty and integrity. I attribute my success to my ability to provide my clients with the services they deserve.

The most satisfying moment in my business was when the phone actually started constantly ringing. It has taken several years to build my clientele, and I want to keep growing.

When I am not at work, I enjoy relaxing with my spouse and my family. I also love a good game of golf. I also enjoy helping those who cannot help themselves. I always have small and sometimes large projects for friends and family members who are not able to perform tasks that I am efficient at performing.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
